Top 5 Things To Do For A Frugal Father’s Day Weekend

webmasterJune 13, 2013
My baby sure loves his Daddy!

Father’s Day. The one day of the year to honer the most important men in our lives. Let that special Daddy in your family know you care by planning one of these fun and simple Father’s Day activities this weekend:

  • 1. Take Dad to the Zoo.

Going to the zoo is fun for the whole family, especially if you have little ones.

  • 2. Go to the Movies

This year, tons of big blockbusters will be out. At most theaters, matinees prices are significantly less than at night. So plan on going early to save!

  • 3. Go Camping

Go primal! Bust out a tent, grab some ingredients to make burgers, hotdogs and s’mores and enjoy your time together around  a campfire !

  • 4. Take Pictures

Grab your cameras and hit the road. Make memories by documenting Daddy’s Day in photos. He’ll cherish them in years to come.

  • 5. Make A Special Dinner

What better way to close out the day than to make Dad’s favorite dinner? Go all out- make all his faves. Don’t forget dessert!
